VOA Communities was created to expand access to affordable housing and supportive services for those who need it most. We design communities that combine homes with training, employment, and entrepreneurship support so residents can thrive.

Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, supportive housing for anyone 18 and older who has exited foster care, been adopted, or was legally emancipated.
